1. Observational Services Only

All visits, checks, and reports are based solely on visual observations made at the time of the visit.

The services do not include:

• Technical inspections

• Mechanical diagnostics

• Engineering assessments

• Structural analysis

• Security services

• Property management services

Information provided through reports or photographs reflects only what was visible at the moment of observation.

2. No Technical or Professional Certification

The service provider does not act as:

• A mechanic

• An engineer

• A construction supervisor

• A security company

• A licensed property inspector

Any evaluation of the condition of a vehicle, building, or construction site should be performed by qualified professionals hired directly by the client.

3. No Guarantee of Security or Condition

The services provided do not guarantee:

• The security of a property or vehicle

• Protection against theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access

• The technical condition of vehicles

• The structural integrity of buildings

• The quality or progress of construction work

The service provider cannot monitor locations continuously and therefore cannot prevent incidents occurring between visits.

4. Informational Purpose

All reports, photos, and updates are provided for informational purposes only.

Clients should not rely on these updates as a replacement for:

• Professional inspections

• Insurance evaluations

• Technical maintenance checks

• Legal verification of construction work

5. Limitation of Responsibility

The service provider shall not be responsible for:

• Damage to property or vehicles

• Mechanical breakdowns

• Construction defects or delays

• Theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry

• Loss resulting from actions of third parties

Responsibility remains with the property owner, vehicle owner, contractor, or other involved parties.

6. Client Responsibility

• Ensuring insurance coverage where appropriate

• Verifying construction quality through licensed professionals
