Services may include, but are not limited to: Property checks Vehicle checks Construction site visits Visual inspections Photo documentation Basic condition reporting The services are intended to provide general oversight and visual updates for clients who are not physically present.

2. Nature of the Services

All services are visual and observational in nature. The service provider: Does not perform technical inspections Does not provide engineering, mechanical, or legal assessments Does not replace contractors, mechanics, engineers, property managers, or security services Reports and photos provided are based on observations at the time of the visit only.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain fully responsible for: Maintenance of their property or vehicle Hiring qualified professionals for repairs, engineering, or construction supervision Ensuring compliance with local laws, building regulations, and insurance requirements The service provider acts only as an independent observer.

4. Access to Property or Vehicle

The client must ensure that safe and legal access to the property, vehicle, or construction site is possible. If access is not possible due to circumstances such as: Locked gates Security restrictions Safety risks Weather conditions Local restrictions the visit may be postponed or cancelled.

5. Reporting

After each visit, a visual update may be provided, which may include: Photographs Short written observations General condition updates These updates are intended for informational purposes only.

6. No Guarantee of Condition or Security

The services provided do not guarantee: The security of a property or vehicle The prevention of theft, damage, or vandalism The technical condition of a vehicle or structure The correctness or quality of construction work The service provider cannot be held responsible for events occurring outside the moment of observation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for: Damage to property or vehicles Theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Construction defects or delays Mechanical failures Financial loss resulting from third-party actions Liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing may depend on: Location Accessibility Type of service Frequency of visits Prices may be adjusted if the scope of the service changes. Payments may be required in advance depending on the service package.

9. Service Adjustments

Services may be modified, paused, or discontinued if: Access becomes unsafe Legal restrictions apply Conditions prevent safe service delivery Clients will be informed when possible.

10. Force Majeure

The service provider cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: Weather conditions Political or civil events Transportation disruptions Local restrictions or emergencies
